My application for Roku distribution has been denied. What happened? Where do I go from here?

There are a number of different reasons why your show might be denied. These reasons include:
There are no episodes available in the account.
There is no show description.
Content is not episodic.
Technical quality is subpar.
Content appeals only to a specific geographic region.
Content is not in English.
Content is missing logos, intros, etc., making it hard for viewers to understand what they are watching.
If you feel that your content was unfairly denied, please open a support case stating your case. Please include specifics.

It's no big deal if other episodes might be considered with no prejudice.
I have some clarifications and questions:
1)I work this subtittled version as English when I don't see the option for xxxxxx with English subtitles. Perhaps u might consider widening the range of choices concerning that specific sort of content info, while u grow to go global.Language wise, it could be helpful to warn newcomers that some venues accept ONLY English spoken films. When I have English spoken films, I hope I could apply again for channels that have rejected my Portuguese content.
2) I'm considering the possibility of making my blip.tv page the official web page to publish my films. But I did have a technical problem with the file your showing, precisely at minute 2:24 there is a white plastic clap board that simply disappeared from the film. In the version shown at dailymotion (url: dalymotion.com/users/cinema-noir) although the image looks less steady, the white clap board is still there! How could we try solving this? Should I replace the uploaded master file?
I'll wait for this to be solved before I upload any other of my films to the site. As I look forward to bulding a partnership with a friendly video hosting group such as yours, I want u to akcnowledge that, in spite of my international experience, my Production Inc is a small Rio de Janeiro based company and that each step forward takes us a lot og effort.
Please get back ASAP.
Best vibes! DANDARA

Alexander Case
Sorry for necro-ing this, but I've got a question related to this topic. If a request is denied because, say, our production values are too low, is it possible to appeal this denial after improving production values (or other issues)?
