Start by logging in to your producer account and clicking on http://blip.tv/dashboard/upload
1) Click the "Choose File" button in the blue box to select your Master file (your source video). This file needs to be under 1 GB, and for best results, should be in an h.264-compatible file format. If you need tips on how to encode your video, check out our export guidelines.
Remember! Under no circumstances whatsoever is it acceptable to upload copyrighted material without authorization. Infringing content will be removed and your account will be deleted. No TV shows, movies, or pirated content. Review our Content Policy and our Terms of Service if you need to.
Click "Proceed to Step 2" when you're done choosing files.

2) On this page, you'll see progress bars for your file uploads. Use this time to fill out all the metadata for your episode. Most of these fields are pretty self-explanatory: use a good title, write an accurate episode description, and use tags that are helpful for SEO. If you've set up your distribution options, you can also check off the boxes here for quick cross-posting.

3) Click "Publish" and you're done!
